Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-36 for the provision of Hurstbridge Multi-Use Facility Upgrade.
The project is for the upgrade of the existing Hurstbridge Pavilion to become the Hurstbridge Multi-Use Facility. Works include an extension to the existing pavilion to include two additional change rooms and amenities. Works will also increase social room space and improve access to the building.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 February 2021 with an intended practical completion date of 26 November 2021.
Tenderers are to note that works must be commenced by the end of February.
