Vehicle Parking Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Provision of up to 300 car parking spaces per day, Monday to Friday, 6am to 8pm for a period of six (6) months.

The facility(s) should be adequately lit at all times and provide suitable access/egress for pedestrians during normal and emergency operation.

Facility(s) and parking spaces should be able to accommodate an average family size SUV/car. Suitable parking for a small number of motorcycles may also be required.

The minimum number of daily parking spaces to be guaranteed by Council will be 150, with the remaining 150 kept available for arrival up to 11am every day.

The facility(s) can be in multiple locations but must be within easy walking distance of the main Council offices, located at 200 Little Collins Street. This could be presented in a two tier offer of facility(s) within 500m and then within 1000m.
