Tender Description
Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.
Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
All tender questions must be raised via the online tender forum.
The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
- Placement of temporary facilities for the sporting clubs including connection to services;
- Demolition of existing brick pavilion;
- Construction of new single-story pavilion;
- Installation of surrounding landscaping including some pathways;
- Alterations to existing car park, including the addition of line marking and car park lighting, and
- Installation of pathway lighting throughout the reserve.
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
Site Inspection for all Tenderers (NOT mandatory, CONFIRMED) Tuesday 24 November 2020 at 10AM.
