Tender Description
Western Power is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or joint partnerships, for the provision of a customer and community engagement program. This program will form part of our AA5 submission to the Economic Regulation Authority in WA.
Services to include, but are not limited to, the provision of:
- Extensive research with customers and community across the Western Power network.
- Establishment and facilitation of a community reference group.
- Liaison with senior Western Power staff.
- Report writing.
- Presentation of findings to senior management / executive.
Registration Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate significant electricity industry regulatory experience.
- Qualitative and quantitative research experience with customers and community, ideally in support of a regulatory submission.
- Experience establishing and facilitating a customer or community reference group.
- Must have staff physically located in Western Australia to conduct face to face consumer engagement with WA residents.
