Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project involves general maintenance and repair to five (5) buildings within Duntroon. These works include building repair, refurbishment and upgrade.

Works includes painting, new carpet, gutter repairs and replacement of (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) HVAC systems. One building is receiving some structural repairs due to its age and heritage status.

Additionally, compliance and removal of hazardous materials is included due to the items requiring refurbishment.
