Alice Springs - Provision of Cleaning Services for Alice Springs Desert Park for a Period of 12 Months

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security (EPWS) seek cleaning services for the Alice Springs Desert Park (ASDP) seven days per week (including public holidays).

The ASDP has obtained Eco Tourism Accreditation and requires the Contractor use environment friendly cleaning products to retain this accreditation, including cleaning products compatible with wastewater and effluent treatment and disposal (i.e. biodegradable).

Services are required to manage COVID-19 hygiene requirements as per Northern Territory Health Standards, and include the cleaning of internal staff areas such as office buildings, meeting rooms, toilets and kitchens. It also includes public access spaces such as public toilets, picnic areas, tables and bench seating, handrails, exhibition rooms and spaces and rubbish removal to name a few.
