Tender Description
Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) invites suitably qualified consultants to submit a tender for Stakeholder Engagement Services.
The services required include:
- Provide technical expertise for the design and delivery of 2018-23 Price Plan committed customer engagement activities
- Develop a stakeholder engagement plan in collaboration with GVW staff to support the preparation of the 2022 pricing submission and 2022 Urban Water Strategy development
- Provide expert support to GVW staff to deliver the engagement plan over the consultation period
- Develop and deliver an evaluation plan to measure effectiveness of and satisfaction with the stakeholder engagement plan
- Document the stakeholder engagement activities undertaken, the outcomes from the engagement and the evaluation results for the 2022 pricing submission
