Hamilton City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced parties for the design, construction, supply, installation and commissioning of a proposed 40 mega litre per day (MLD) membrane process plant at the Waiora Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Hamilton City Council.
Hamilton City Council requires a treatment process that will:
1. Provide robust performance with full compliance with DWSNZ and any relevant consent requirements.
2. Provide a high level of reliability and minimal operation and maintenance requirements.
3. Normally operate unattended as a fully automated process facility.
4. Minimise and manage waste stream discharges.
5. Ensures the existing Water Treatment Plant remains operational during the Works.
6. Minimise total lifecycle costs including minimal energy and chemical use requirements.
The form of contract to be used is NZS 3916-2013 Conditions of contract for building and civil engineering - Design and construct.
