Tender Description
Quotations are currently being requested for professional cleaning services for the U.S. Consulate General Perth offices.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest technically acceptable price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A site visit will be held on Thursday, 19th November at 10:00am and all offerors are encouraged to attend. All offerors must register their details to attend and receive the site visit location. Please email perthprocurement@state.gov before 5:00pm on the 16th November, 2020.
All prospective offerors are encouraged to register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The final closing date to submit your quotation is Monday 30 November 2020 at 5:00pm by emailing perthprocurement@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
