Tender Description
New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) requires the services of a Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service provider, to carry out scheduled filter cleaning of the Mechanical ventilation systems throughout the Council, venues and Facilities.
Cleaning of grills/louvers, filters and filter replacement is required on a regular frequency, as per the compliance requirements. Cleaning of non-compliance units, high walls, some commercial refrigeration fans and extract fans is also required on a lesser frequency, as per the manufacturer's recommendations. Repairs, renewals and replacement of systems and/or components will be assessed as issues arise and will not necessarily be carried out under this contract.
