Provision of Property Valuation Services

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-31 for the Provision of Property Valuation Services.

The property valuation services include the supplementary valuations for rateable properties across the shire, valuations of Council's land and buildings and other ad-hoc property valuations and related services as required by Council.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the services.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years.

The following contract extension options are available at Council discretion.

1 x 3 year option

1 x 1 year option

The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed seven (7) years.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 February 2021.

All services delivered under this contract must be undertaken and provided by employees of the appointed provider.

Sub-contracting of any services under this contract is not permitted without prior written approval from the nominated Council representative.
