Bill Lawry Oval is one of the City of Darebin’s premier recreational venues. Home to prestigious regional AFL and cricket competitions, the site is deserving of an architectural statement that sporting clubs, the community and Council can be proud of.
Darebin City Council (Council) is committed to enriching the City through great architectural design that is considerate of context and representative of the diverse community that call the City of Darebin home.
As a part of its developing Design Excellence program, Council is seeking to engage a lead design consultant to deliver a striking sporting landmark at Bill Lawry Oval in Northcote through a two-stage design competition.
This Call for Expressions of Interest (CEOI) represents stage 1 of the procurement process.
