Response & Recovery Adverse Event Plan

⁠⁠⁠Overview 

The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking a suitably qualified individual to undertake community consultation in order to report against existing community profiling and develop a community led Adverse Event Plan. This plan provides guidance for council and the community around preparation for and responses to events that might impact the Rural City of Wangaratta. The plan will outline key strategies and actions at a local level to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from adverse events.

Working alongside the Community Resilience and Recovery Coordinator and in conjunction with the Economic Development Officer, this role will be responsible for engaging and consulting with our local communities to better understand their needs when faced with an adverse event. Following the consultative process, you will be required to report against the community profiling and assist in the collation and writing of the Adverse Event Plan.

Tenders will include the following:

• Itemised Pricing for the delivery of the Services; and

• Overview of the proposed engagement process, methodology, schedule or timeline and budget

Detailed business planning and governance models will be addressed separately and are not required in this feasibility.

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided, and base their tenders accordingly.

Submissions 

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered. 

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
