Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders for the construction and delivery of two, three bedroom quality modular/transportable homes for staff housing to be located on land in Church Street Brewarrina.
Separate quotations which, may or may not be, included in the Tender for transportable homes are also invited for the supply of two single car garages and Colorbond fencing for each of the two home-sites.
Interested builders must obtain a copy of the tender specification available for download from www.brewarrina.nsw.gov.au and complete the tender proposal and include along floor plans for the designs (suggested three or more possibilities) details of PC items and allowances and at least two recent references for similar work undertaken.
