Tender Description
South East Water (SEW) is a Victorian Government owned statutory corporation providing water, sewerage and recycled water retail service for residential, commercial and industrial customers within Melbourne’s South East. We also own, operate and maintain water, recycled water and sewerage networks in this region.

We are seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to deliver the following services:
- Claims management including receiving, reviewing, and promptly processing all claims and incidents reported by South East Water;
- Managing all aspects of claims through to final resolution;
- Opening and maintaining a fully audited escrow fund on behalf of South East Water to facilitate payments for settlement of claims / incidents;
- Provision of all labour and equipment, training, etc. required to perform the services.
