Tender Description
The Estate Works Program (EWP) is planning to conduct a series of industry briefs during late November 2020.
The briefs will be facilitated virtually and are designed to advise companies the process through which they can bid for and be awarded work through the EWP tender process.
The total number of briefs to be conducted will be determined by demand from industry, but at a minimum there will be three sessions, these are based upon the geographical distribution of Estate and Infrastructure Group – Zones. Indicative dates for each are:
• 26th of November for 11am two hour session for the East/West – NSW, ACT and WA
• 27th of November for 10am two hour session for the North/Central – QLD, NT and SA
• 30th of November for 10am two hour session for the South/East – VIC and TAS
The briefings will be delivered using the format of briefs currently available on the Defence Estate Quality Management System (DEQMS):

The two Project Delivery Services (PDS) providers: Aurecon and Augility will present. Time will be allowed for a Q&A session.
Information shared will include an overview of the EWP and to working with Defence, the types of works the EWP delivers, contractor responsibilities when delivering projects and details of applicable Commonwealth policy and tendering requirements. The presentation will be inclusive of the current EWP Forward Works Program indicating future project releases.
