Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hobsons Bay City Council is looking for a suitably qualified consultant with relevant design experience and expertise for the preparation of detailed design, tender and construction documentation for two stages of work within the Altona Beach Precinct, including:

  • Option A - Pier Street (Stage 4 – Between Queen Street and the Esplanade) & Weaver Reserve
  • Option B - Esplanade (between Pier Street and Bent Street) and the Altona Beach Entry
