Tender Description
The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA or the Department) is seeking to understand services and solutions that are available in the market for civil registration systems. The system should be able to provide registration and management of birth, death, marriage (‘BDM’) and other civil registration records like name changes, civil unions, adoptions etc.
It is intended that the information gathered through this Market Scan will be used to inform DIA’s understanding of the range and availability of potential solutions to meet the Business Requirements including;
• The functionality of potential solutions;
• The size and nature of the market;
• Options for sourcing a potential solution; and
• Factors to be considered when sourcing a solution.
The information gathered during this Market Scan process will allow DIA to determine viable options and inform our next steps.
