Tender Description
The University of Canberra (UC) recently developed a Campus Master Plan which identifies a target of 70% roof utilisation for solar PV installation to support 10.1mW of solar PV electricity generation as part of its NetZero 2030 Strategy to achieve zero net greenhouse gas emissions. This figure represents 60% of our current annual electricity demand.
UC is seeking to engage the services of an experienced Consultant to meet the following project objectives:
- Enable UC to determine the ideal and most practical option to roll out solar PV on campus, in consideration of the age of our existing building stock, any additional upgrades that may need to be considered and alignment of this with the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
- Provide transparency to the risks and uncertainties posed by the existing building stock to support the installation of solar PVs.
- Provide information required by UC to approach the market for a solar energy provider/ partner.
The project consists of three (3) phases and is to be completed by end January 2021.

Phase 2 - Detailed Assessment and Cap Analysis
Phase 3 - Preparation of Respondents brief package
