On behalf of St Joseph's College, Ferntree Gully, CBRE (Project Management) are seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions from head contractors for the construction of two new buildings.

The total floor areas of each building is approximately 3200m2 (Science & Year 7) and 3250m2 (Arts & Senior School).

Contractors are invited to register their interest by COB 4th November 2020 to the email address below to obtain a copy of the EOI brief.
