Tender Description
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters invites submissions from Tenderers to upgrade portions of The Parade West (northern footpath between Grenfell Street and Little Young Street) and the Rundle Street and College Road footpaths adjacent the Kent Town Hotel. The construction works will include:
- Demolition
- Minor roadworks
- Concrete kerbing and spoon drain
- Footpath paving
- Tree and garden bed planting
- Irrigation
- Street furniture
- 12 months landscape maintenance
- 12 months defects liability.
