Arthursleigh Farm is located near Marulan, a small town outside of Goulburn in NSW's Southern Highlands on 6,616 hectares of land which was bequeathed to the University in 1979 by the late ETW Holt. It was the donor's wish that the proceeds should be applied by the University for the benefit or purposes of animal research and medical and science research.
With climate change increasing the risk of extended drought periods, the University is seeking to leverage the farms unique location to diversify its revenue streams away from agriculture in areas such as biodiversity credits and renewable generation.
This EOI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining capability of interested parties. The EOI will be evaluated and might proceed to a select Tender or Direct Negotiation. This EOI should not be construed as commitment to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this EOI.
