Studio Panel of Supply Services

⁠⁠⁠Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community.
Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for inclusion in the Services Panel (Panel).
Council requires the provision of the Services over a range of disciplines as listed below:

Sub-Panel 1 Printing:
Provide high quality print and finishing of long documents, pamphlets, carbon copy books as required by specified deadline.
Sub-Panel 2 Signage & Banners:
Provide high quality sign solution that adhere to our style guide. Signage will include, corflute with eyelets, aluminium panels, floor graphics, window graphics and vehicle wraps.
Sub-Panel 3 Flags:
Provide quality printed flags and banners with perfect finishing as per artwork provided.
Sub-Panel 4 Merchandise:
Provide quality products perfectly branded as per our artwork mock ups. Items such as: water bottles, pens, USB's, mugs, keep cups and cufflinks, baseball caps, bags, screen printing etc.
Sub-Panel 5 Videography & Animation:
Provide high quality video that may include animation, motion graphics and editing and adhere to our brand style

Tenderers may apply and be selected for more than one sub-panel. To qualify for inclusion on the Services Panel, Tenderers are required to respond satisfactorily to this Request for Tender (RFT) and be evaluated as a preferred Tenderer within the Services Panel numbers required by the Council for each The Services sub-panel.

Tenderers must complete the Schedules.

Expected commencement of works end January 2021.

The Contract term will be 3 years, with an extension at Council's option of a further 2 periods of 1 year at Council's sole discretion.

Note: Submission of all schedules is mandatory;

Scored Criteria:

1. Demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer, Schedules F3 and F5, 30%.
2. Demonstrated past experience Personnel and Subcontractors, Schedules F9 and F10, 20%
3. Organisation work processes (including QA), Schedules F6 and F13, 30%
