Barwon Health (BH) is a leading Victorian regional hospital, providing surgical, medical, obstetric, rehabilitation, emergency, psychiatric, allied health and community health services to the south-west region of Victoria.
BH is the largest member and lead agency for the South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH), and SWARH is an Alliance of public health agencies in the South West of Victoria covering an area of approximately 60,000 sq. kilometres connecting all public acute hospitals and associated health services in a region extending from west of Melbourne to the South Australian Border. SWARH’s mandate is the provision of Information and Communication Technology to its members.
