Tender Description
The Goods shall be in accordance with the drawings, process requirements and specifications and suitable for the duty outlined in the Supply List shown in Section 3.1. Works shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
• Design, supply, fabrication, painting, trial assembly and packaging for delivery of the CHP Steel Pipe and Specialty Items Scope and Specification including:
- All pipe and fittings listed in the CHP Steel Pipe Supply List
- All items listed in the CHP Piping Specialty Item Supply List
• All project management required to manage the design, manufacture, assembly, testing and delivery of the Goods.
• Surface protection of all supplied Goods in accordance with Section 4.3.
• Shop assembly and testing in accordance with Section 5.
• Packaging and temporary support of all supplied Goods, suitable for road and sea (if required) transport to Site and suitable for storage in exposed conditions, in accordance with Section 5.3.
• Delivery terms for the Goods shall be: DAP (Incoterms 2010) Site in compliance with the Drivers Code of Conduct.
• Implementation and management of a quality assurance system in accordance with Section 6.
• Provision of all Supplier data in accordance with Section 7.
