Melbourne Polytechnic is providing advanced notice to interested parties of a forthcoming invitation to the market for consultant services for the redevelopment of its Collingwood campus. Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to engage a service provider for Project Management, Architectural (inclusive of subconsultants) and Quantity Surveying Consultant services.
The Project will involve the refurbishment and modernisation of Melbourne Polytechnic’s Collingwood Campus with the objective of supporting employment, assisting local growth, and contributing to the ongoing financial sustainability of Melbourne Polytechnic.
To be considered for this project, Consultants must:
- be registered in the appropriate prequalification service category of the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Construction Supplier Register
- be familiar with tertiary education requirements, and
- have experience in projects over $20 million.
