Tender Description
The Client is seeking a contractor who is suitably experienced and qualified and will provide:
1. Proactive stakeholder management to form relationships and work in with the community, businesses and other stakeholders (i.e. Te Uri O Hau) to minimise impacts.
2. Ability to safely control the site(s) for both the public and the workers.
3. Traffic and pedestrian control staging to minimise impact.
4. Tidy and controlled working in and adjacent to a coastal marine area.
5. Contain sediment and erosion during works and minimise impact to the existing environment
6. Ability to plan and programme multiple stages of works to maximise efficiency while minimising impact.
7. Provide training opportunities for local people and engage with local suppliers and contractors.
8. Work in collaboration with KDC to achieve the goals of the Mangawhai Community Plan and KDC.
