PLEASE REGISTER YOUR INTENTION TO ATTEND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE TENDER DETAILS SECTION OF THE DOCUMENT LABELLED “RFT132776 TENDER DOCUMENTS- WALLAN COMMUNITY SERVICES HUB DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT”.
This project seeks to maximise existing infrastructure by re-developing a council owned building in the centre of Wallan to create a community hub for locally based community service providers providing a locally based holistic service response to support a variety of local needs.
This newly refurbished facility will be fully functional and will include three consulting rooms, two meeting rooms, one conference room, toilet facilities, kitchen facilities, office space and adequate storage space. The proposal includes the redevelopment of the facility, room fit out and landscaping.
