Tender Description
UNICEF is planning to roll out the Parenting for Child Development programme in additional districts and provinces compared to the pilot phase. The purpose of this evaluation is to inform the scale-up and institutionalization within the GoPNG of the P4CD program, which is planned for the remainder of the UNICEF – GoPNG country programme 2018-2022. It is paramount to validate these findings and identify areas of improvement and have rigorous evidence from pilot to scale.
