Tender Description
Lower Murray Water is issuing a tender for a schedule of rates (SOR) contract with three separable potion for rehabilitation of Sewer Mains and Sewer Manholes will be sought through a tender process for a period of three (3) years. At the beginning of each financial year a project agreement will be made with the successful contractor confirming the scope and value of works for the 12month period, with a practical completion date of the 30th June of the appropriate year. The contract will make up three (3) portions for the three (3) contract years. In each contract year/portion there will be a combination of SMN & SMH rehabilitation tasks up to a set value for completion before the Practical Completion date for that portion.
