Tender Description
The CCDHB and Kenepuru Community Hospital require commitment from a Main Contractor and their appointed sub-contractors to carry out the Structural Upgrade works within Theatres 91, 92, and 93 understanding the requirements for a streamlined programme to minimise any delay to the operational use of each Theatre.
The Kenepuru Theatres are an integral part of the Hospital and any downtime associated with the required works in these areas is to be minimised. Works are to be sequenced allowing only one Theatre out of commission at a time, and detailed staging for infection control is required.
