Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction of End of Trip Facilities (bathrooms and showers) on the ground floor of North Sydney Council Chambers at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
Works include the demolition of the existing office and storage rooms and construction of new facilities, including new sewer, water, electrical, fire, security and mechanical works.
Documents can be downloaded for free from here from Tuesday 6-October-20. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from Council's Customer Service Counter for $300.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at North Sydney Council Chambers, Ros Crichton Pavilion, commencing at 10:00am Tuesday 20-October-20. Due to social distancing restrictions, attendees must pre-register by COB Wednesday 14-October-20 with Chris Stevens by sending an email to chris.stevens@northsydney.nsw.gov.au Furthermore tenderers will be restricted to having only 1x attendee from the tendering firm being allowed to attend.
Inquiries may be directed to the Engineering Project Manager, Chris Stevens using the online forum. The on-line forum will be closed at 4:00PM on Thursday 29-October-2020.
Tenders will close at 3:00 PM, Thursday 5-November-20.
