Tender Description
The M6 Stage 1 will consist of twin 4km tunnels linking the M8 motorway at Arncliffe to President Avenue at Kogarah. It will also deliver upgraded community recreational facilities, a new wider intersection at President Avenue and a provision of a new shared bicycle and pedestrian pathways. The project cost is expected to be between $2.2 and $2.6 billion and open to traffic late 2025.
The Project is funded by the NSW Government and is being procured and delivered by TfNSW.
TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the tender process for the Project.
To successfully participate in the tender process for the Project, organisations:
- Must be, in TfNSW’s opinion, a bona fide service provider or consortium who has the capabilities and experience to play a significant role in a consortium, or to act as a service provider in its own right, to deliver the IC services.
- Complete and submit the Registration Form at Attachment 1 to this Request for ROI and the Confidentiality Deed Poll at Attachment 2 to this Request for ROI and the Data Room User Access Request Form at Attachment 3 to this Request for ROI
Without any obligation to do so, where the integrity of the tender process is not compromised, TfNSW may determine (in its absolute discretion) that it is appropriate to consider a late tender submission.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
