Tender Description
The councils of Hunter’s Hill, Lane Cove, Mosman and Willoughby are seeking experts in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and sustainability to become members of their respective Design Review Panel and /or Design Excellence Panels for development proposals.
A common charter has been developed by the councils, however each council has customised it for their respective panel/s. As a guide, the Design Review Panel provides advice prior to the lodgement of a development application to provide early design guidance to achieve design excellence and best practice sustainability performance. The Design Excellence Panel provides input and assessment after the lodgement of a development application to ensure design excellence and best practice sustainability performance will be achieved.
