The Fraser Coast Waste Strategy 2019 – 2029 (the Strategy) sets a clear path for the management of solid waste in the Fraser Coast region towards 2029. It builds on the success of the Waste Management & Resource Recovery Strategy 2013- 2020, with Council achieving many of the actions identified in the plan. This Fraser Coast Waste Strategy 2019 – 2029 will replace the old plan and focus on resource leadership that delivers the greatest benefits to our local community in terms of resource recovery, environmental amenity and economic development.
