Refurbishment of the Rochester & Elmore District Health Service Nursing Home

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from commercially registered builders with relevant experience in the refurbishment of Health Care facilities who would be interested in being considered to undertake the redevelopment of the Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) Nursing Home.

Planned work includes the expansion of the existing Nursing Home Dining Room as well as the redevelopment of six (6) shared bedrooms into12 seperate bedrooms. Work is planned to commence in December 2020 and be completed by October 2021.

As part of this planned work, REDHS will be nominating subcontractors for the areas of security, nurse call and audio/visual.

Please note that this is NOT an appointment process. REDHS will use a multi-stage procurement process where the health service will assess the EOI's and will then invite shortlisted suppliers to submit a tender.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, no site visits will be allowed.
