ABOUT COFFS HARBOUR CITY COUNCIL:

ABOUT THIS TENDER:
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations under Request for Tender RFT-1312-TO Provision of Enabling Works: West Woolgoolga Sports Complex under a Council agreement based on the AS4902-2000 template.
ENQUIRIES:
Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Andrew Holt, Strategic Contracts Administrator via the online forum by the close-off date for queries .
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses should be submitted via the Tenderlink electronic tender box which is Council's preferred method for submissions using the attached word version of 'Part D Returnable Schedules'. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions will only be accepted electronically via the Tenderlink portal. Late, verbal, faxed, e-mailed or any hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
Please be aware that your documents (and those of other tenderers being uploaded immediately prior to the Tender closing date/time) might adversely affect document upload times. Tenderers, therefore, are strongly advised to allow adequate document upload time prior to the Tender closing time.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
