Tenders are invited for the following Service.

Under a Lump Sum fee (fixed service components) and in accordance with contract specifications:

•  Undertake programmed turf mowing and management of turf sports grounds
•  Undertake programmed turf mowing and management of parks and open spaces
•  Undertake programmed maintenance of synthetic sports grounds
•  Manage and maintain synthetic cricket wickets (match and practice)
•  Manage and maintain sports ground assets
•  Implement a parks cleaning and amenity service (Parks Clean Team) - current service delivery model
•  Supply and replenish dog waste bags in parks and open spaces
•  Undertake programmed nature strip mowing and renovations
•  Undertake programmed maintenance of biodiversity / revegetation sites along the Yarra River
•  Maintain vegetation clearances along and around off road shared paths

Under a Lump Sum fee (optional service components) and in accordance with contract specifications:

•  Undertake programmed turf cricket wicket preparation, maintenance and curation (match and practice)
•  Implement a parks cleaning and amenity service (Parks Clean Team) - alternative service delivery model
•  Undertake park litter waste collection & disposal

Under a Schedule of Rates and in accordance with contract specifications. As tasked by Council, undertake required reactive:

•  Turf mowing and management activities at sports grounds, parks and open spaces
•  Synthetic sports ground maintenance activities
•  Nature strip mowing and renovation activities
•  Biodiversity / revegetation site maintenance activities

NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
