Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Works involve the supply and installation of protection screen and are situated at the LaTrobe Street Bridge. The extent of the works under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following:

Survey including accurate location of rail lines and overhead port to trains immediately below the bridge parapets
Shop detailing of all steel components, including coordination of viewing holes and viewing bays to meet stakeholder requirements
Painting of existing light poles
Painting of existing gateway poles
Preparation of as-built drawings in City of Melbourne format
Coordination of the works with those undertaken by others, if any
Proving the location of existing services and bridge structure affected by the works prior to commencement of construction
Organise all necessary permits and approvals including permits and approval from City of Melbourne (consent for works), V/Line Pty Ltd, Metro Trains Melbourne Pty Ltd and VicRoads
Liaise with CoM, DoT, V/Line, MTM, VicRoads and all external stakeholders
