Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the upgrade of court surfaces and fencing at Rosanna Tennis Club, located at 12 Turnham Ave, Rosanna VIC 3084.
PLease note: The D&C contract will be issued as an Addendum
As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Programme for the year 2020-21, Council is planning to upgrade existing court surfaces and fencing at Rosanna Tennis Club. The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to the following:
- Resurfacing of existing synthetic clay on Courts 2 & 3
- Design and Construct to upgrade existing en-tout-cas courts to synthetic clay on Courts 4 & 5
- Replacement of existing fence and 2 pedestrian gates on courts 4&5 (East, South & West Perimeter only) and courts 2 & 3 (North Perimeter only) including design and certification for building permit requirement
- Removal and disposal of redundant irrigation system on courts 4 & 5 and maintaining existing irrigation system for court 1
- Upgrade of existing drinking taps in between courts 2 & 3 and courts 4 & 5
- Building permit applications and inspections as required
- Installation of root barrier on eastern side of Court 5
- Upgrade of existing nets and posts including associated footings on courts 2 & 3 and courts 4 & 5
- Protection of existing assets not included in the scope of works e.g. Lighting and poles, fence, retaining wall etc.
