Tender Description
The Principal wish to contract a project management consultant to oversee on their behalf the next stages of the development of a complete feasibility study and high-level cost estimate as detailed below that will help the Principal to make planning decisions associated with the adoption of hydrogen-based solutions.
The Principal will develop a Project Management framework with the Project Management lead on how the project participants will be managed. This will include a Project Working Group (PWG) to oversee the project and will include representatives from various Business Units from the Principal. The PWG will provide technical input from their respective areas to achieve successful delivery of the project. Where meetings with this group occur (as required) they will be coupled with PCG meetings. The Project Control Group (PCG) will consist of an internal Principal staff, the Project Manager and any consultants as they are appointed, if deemed required to attend.
The services will also continue beyond the feasibility study to assist the Principal to manage the final project implementation to ensure continuity is maintained. Should this be required a secondary approval process will be subject to a further proposal in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of this request
