Invitation to Supply Personal Protective Equipment Clothing

⁠⁠⁠The Yarriambiack Shire Council wishes to establish a Panel of Preferred Suppliers to supply the personal protective equipment clothing to employees of the Shire to meet Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

Council requires all employees working in an outdoors, operations setting to wear PPE&C to undertake their duties.
All clothing to be supplied (except hats and beanies) must be class D/N to meet day night requirements.

The supply of personal protective clothing must be manufactured locally, within Australia or New Zealand and the wholesaler must be registered on the Ethical Supplier Register on the Buying for Victoria Government Website: www.buyingfor.vic.gov.au/ethical-supplier-register

The engagement will be for a four-year period, with an opportunity to extend for one year, based on supplier performance.
