ROV survey vessels - Tui oil field

⁠⁠⁠The Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) is requesting information from the market for two key purposes in relation to the Tui Project:

1. To understand whether any DP2 vessels are available in New Zealand waters, or will be available for conducting an ROV survey in October or November 2020.
2. To understand alternatives to DP2 vessels (where DP2 is not available) including:
a. that are available in New Zealand waters within the timeframe
b. how safety risks in not using a DP2 could be minimised (specifically in relation to an exclusion zone)
