Tender Description
Scope of Work
The works to be performed include the extension of an existing lean-to structure including concrete. This extension will be approximately 200sqm and enclosed on three sides.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Civil works including footings and installation of columns;
- Structural works including fabrication of lean-to and onsite construction;
- Sheet metal works including walls, roofing and flashings;
- Installation of lighting; and
- Installation of new roller door.
A more detailed scope of works will be provided at the tender (RFQ) stage.
