Tender Description
The City of Bayswater owns and operates the Maylands Waterland aquatic centre. Council has approved funding for a significant redevelopment of the facility, to be delivered in two stages.
Josh Byrne and Associates have been commissioned to produce the concept plans, including site surveys and engineering services report in preparation for construction.
The City is now seeking tenders to oversee stage 1 of the project, including development of the detailed construction tenders, selection and appointment of contractors and the associated project management and superintendence, with the objective of commencing construction by December 2020.
