Description : QPRC is looking to consolidate it regulatory fire testing and maintenance into to one contract. This will include but not limited to:
· Fire alarm testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· Sprinkler system testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· Gas Suppression testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· VESDA system testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· OWS system testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· EWIS system testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· Fire Door testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· Fire fighting equipment being extinguishers, blankets etc. for testing, maintenance, serving and install.
· Hydrants and hose reel testing

Please note there is only a single spreadsheet included, it provides an approximate idea of all install equipment across the QPRC LGA. This will need to be updated and a fire asset register be completed on the first test and inspection.

The lowest price will not be necessarily be accepted.
