Tender Description
Council is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to construct the Multi Arts Place (MAP) at Speers Point Park. This facility will provide an innovative arts pavilion, including a flexible platform for cutting-edge multimedia exhibitions, contemporary installations, performance, music and community events. The Multi Arts Place (MAP) at Speers Point Park will become the iconic end to the promenade and the pivotal centre to the new cultural precinct of Speers Point Park.

TENDERERS TO NOTE:
In the preparation and submission of the Tender and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer will:
(a) submit a Complying Tender in the format proposed by the tender documents which includes the suitable completion of all Schedules inclusive of the Tenderer's Declaration Schedule and any other declarations required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the Tender complete;
(b) not submit a Tender without a firm intention to proceed;
(c) not engage in any form of collusive practice; and
(d) not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
