Tender Description
Tenders, in a plain, sealed envelope on which are printed only the words '36.00740 - Hire of Trucks/Watercarts', are invited and will be received up until 4.00pm on Tuesday 20 October 2020, for the casual hire of tip trucks and watercarts from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2022.
Tenders in envelopes which do not have the required words printed on them, or which have the company name or any other writing on them, will not be considered by Council.
The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of tenders by Council will lead to the rejection of the individual tenders.
Submission documents can be obtained by contacting the Engineer's Department on (02) 6333 6100.
Tenders are to be placed in the tender box on the Ground Floor of Council's Civic Centre Foyer, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst, or submitted via email to prior to closing time.
The lowest, highest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
