Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to establish a panel for minor civil works up to the value of $200,000 (incl. GST) on a schedule of rates basis.
It is intended to appoint up to 5 contractors to the panel.
The Initial Contract Term shall be for a maximum initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for further periods of any duration up to a maximum extension period of 3 years at Council’s discretion.
Contractors must have the capability to perform integrated civil works including but not limited to:
- Drainage Works
- Kerb and Channel Works
- Concrete works
- Bulk Earthworks
- Minor Landscaping
- Footpath Construction
- Road Grading
- Minor Linemarking
- Pavement Construction
