Tender Description
The City of South Perth are seeking the services of qualified and experienced electrical contractor(s) to provide electrical services to the City's assets, including buildings, parks and reserves. Services are required for preventative and reactive maintenance, installation and repairs.
This tender may include Capital works at the Principal's absolute discretion.
This contract is for the General and Specified electrical maintenance works in the City of South Perth and aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Achieve compliance with any relevant standard or legislated obligation.
- Achieve best practice.
- Improve asset management planning and be proactive in preventing asset failures and provide value for money service to the community and the City
- Increase the estimated useful life of the facilities and supporting infrastructure.
- Meet community needs and expectations including safety
Administrative and management considerations include health and safety plans, security, quality plans and inspection programmes
Mandatory tender briefing will be held on Thursday, 24 September, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (AWST) at City of South Perth Operations Centre located at 199 Thelma St. COMO WA 6152.
